We set up our operation in 1999 primarily as
a telephone answering service for sole traders and
professionals such as plumbers; osteopath’s, accountants
etc. who, for whatever reason could not answer their
own telephones. Perhaps they might be with a customer
or patient, in a meeting or simply did not want
to appear to the caller as a small company. This
service is still a very large part of our business
today.
We are fortunate enough to have 15-20 new clients
a week purely through word of mouth. At the beginning
of 2005 we had reached a point where the professional telephone answering service was self-sufficient and we needed to expand
in to other markets so we set about an expansion
program, we shut down our 4 Offices based in Stirling,
Essex, Chalfont St Peter, Elstree and moved the
entire operation to a much larger office in Gerrards
Cross with a couple of thousand Sq Ft, room to expand
the business with. We then launch our call centre
facilities to target medium to large companies with
larger call volumes like mail order companies support
centres and so far have proved successful in providing
a service not easily found from our competitors.
